The three main focus areas of the project management in nPower Technologies are: reporting , monitoring and risk management . These are covered during the whole life-cycle of the project through three main processes:

• Analysis of project capability;
• Project planning;
• Project monitoring and control.

During the analysis of process capability special care is taken for the technical risk management and effort estimation . Based on the initial effort estimation the project plan is built up with as much details as possible, so the customer can follow easily the milestones when he receives the deliverables.

Change request management is a continuous activity, thoroughly linked with the project monitoring and control. Trained project managers, well-defined project management processes and tools assure our customers that their projects (including change requests) are under control and will be delivered on-time.
